David, I am assuming this is the reason for the price decline. Is this correct? Any recent updates on what is happening with the possible legislation? I would say that this has a lot to do with it, but not the only reason. Some other issues are involved, like Mgmt. turmoil which have added to the general uncertainty going forward. CC tomorrow might help. Present S.C situation in a nutshell - House voted to ban effective 7/1/99, Senate yet to vote (outcome not as predictable). Also, the issue is in the courts to determine whether VGM's are illegal based on a law claiming lotteries are not legal in the state (court must decide if VGM's are games of chance or skill) This is the way I see it - hope it helps Gary
