I see inflation rising to well over 4% in a few months. I am a big fan of many insurance stocks because they are poised to raise premiums in a big way in this environment and many of them are trading at low to mid single digit multiples. I understand they are not exciting to own like Megacap tech or semis, but the rise in their share prices and dividends they offer still represent very good value. Above all, the trade is not overcrowded. Hardly anyone gives a shit about insurance stocks. Look around SI, who the hell talks about insurance stocks?
