Does anyone know when the initial contact
from SEC was made - what the date was and
how the contact was made? Thanks.

If this was already answered in the posts
I apologize for missing it. Thanks.

:)

The info that points to a scam is the Insiders selling stock before the run up, they sold shares before all the news came out with the tests, which seems kind of odd. Maybe they had a feeling that the SEC would take action and halt the stock soon so they wanted to get out some of their shares. It is odd thought that insiders would sell knowing all this was going to happen.

Also, Joe LaStella was on IRC Chat a couple times talking and hyping to investirs. I sold the day after he said BIG NEWS to come tomorrow, which is a sign that I do not like to see in a company. News came, but it sure as heck was not big.

The SEC does not usually look into a company for no reason, on most occasions they find misdoings.

All I know is that. I did not talk extensively with the people who think BAAT is a scam to get all the reasoning, but they have been right on the nose several times with their scam picks. Maybe they are wrong, I am just telling what I have heard.

I am still not sure about the testing, it would seem that after the results came out there would have been buying, but that was not the case, I guess buy on rumor sell on news. The verdict will come out soon enough, but I know I am not buying BAAT anytime soon, it will be VERY volatile now especially with the USA today news. Also, one of my short contacts says he will cover tomorrow or Wednesday.
