IMO Integral concepts owns the intellectual properties of the CTHA antenna.Integral Concept was formed Dr Smith and liscensed to Emergent Technologies Corp the worldwide Government and Military applications of the CTHA.Integral Technologies<not Integral concepts> owns 78% of Emergent Technologies Corp.Integral Concepts liscensed IASCA for the worldwide commercial applications of the CTHA antenna. IMO ITKG does not own any intellectual properties Integral Concepts < Dr Smiths Co.>does. As far as manufacturing the CTHA IASCA and Emergent Tech <ETC> formed Eclipse Manufacturing Corp.IASCA and ETC each have 50% ownership.By the above IMO ITKG has no control over IASCA.I'am a shareholder of both.-----tom ,
