I will have to agree with you that the major auto companies do not want BAAT to survive.

Just a clarification on SEC filing. I just got off the phone with Mr Bill Wason of BAT and he indicated to me BAT will comply fully with the SEC subpoena for review of documents. Bat will also submit to SEC all proprietary information regarding patent filing. BAT sincerely hopes that their attorney can work out a non disclosure agreement with SEC regarding patent.

Therefore folks Joe is not going to jail.

There will be a press release either this evening or definitely before the opening bell tomorrow from BAT. The press release will explain to the shareholders the reason for turning all of the info into SEC and the safeguards that BAT will require from SEC to protect it's proprietary and intellectual information.
