I'm big on Vitamin D3, and have heard a lot of good things
about turmeric.

My wrists and hands are starting to bother me so I'll try the
turmeric curcumin combo for sure. What dosage do you take
daily?

We take 10,000 mg of Youththeory turmeric a day. He noticed an improvement in his arthritis right away. We also avoid lectins in our food (whole other subject), eat GF as much as possible and this has helped with arthritis pain. We were off our diet in Oct for three weeks in Europe and noticed right away the arthritis flare-up. Still took the turmeric, but the combination of the diet and turmeric seems to be keeping the pain at bay.

Youththeory turmeric is $8.00 off this month at Costco, so we'll stock up. I think you get a pretty good break in price if you set up periodic deliveries from the Youththeory website? I should do some comparison shopping, but imo you can't beat the price at Costco this month. The addition of pepperine and curcumin are a must otherwise don't waste your time.
