Will you be willing to change your mind on this when the US Court rules against Iomega in the Patent issue? Foreign courts have already ruled against Iomega, and besides, making knock-off discs is a long standing tradition in this business. Iomega even sold knock-off Syquest discs.

The real worry isn't little Nomai, but a bigger player like Syquest who could start spitting out Zip clone discs in much larger numbers than little Nomai. Syquest also has much better brand recognition than anyone else, save Iomega.

How does this possibility grab you-- "Now On Sale At CompUSA...Syquest Z-Disc 100MB discs."?
