I dont get that line of thinking. Unless these folks that cheated get prosecuted its going to happen again and again. Why wouldnt it? They want everyone to move on so they get away with it. If criminals are not prosecuted they continue to commit crimes. Trials and prosecution would also bring the methods of fraud out into the public sphere and make it easier to fix and prevent future fraud.
