Paul, There was a reference in David Snow's report late last year that Matt Walter's father is an investor in the Johnson-Lett partnership. I had several questions about this when I saw the report and spoke to people at the company about it. I agree that there is a potential conflict of interest but Mr Walter's, to the best of my knowledge is not directly involved with negotiating any aspects of the deal with Johnson-Lett. As long as he acts in a professional manner and is not directly involved in negotiations this is not a major problem. Henry
