Well, it is certainly not the bloodbath I was looking for. Instead, it is one of those orderly declines that starts small and slow and then picks up steam as it progresses through some stacked ones and twos and eventually gets into the threes where it plummets lower. Be patient it will come. My next bounce target is much lower.
The bear is just fine. He is just not in a hurry to rip your head off yet.
