AT&T is finally starting to get squeezed in backbone capacity and they may not have a plan to address it until late 1998. Meanwhile they must buy capacity from others. They are way behind the 8-ball as usual.

Mike...see below..Mathon wants to talk to you about a "Get Rich Program" :-)... Did you see this post on the QWST sale to Intertel for capacity to Europe??... I did not take into account any European connectivity when I made that $194/share calculation..
