Chartcraft does do sub groups (198 of them to be exact). Of course you have to stay away from the micro groups that only have a few stocks in them. However, I find groups like Telecom Equipment, with 140 stocks in it, more useful than the broad Telephone group with its dozens of regulated utilities mixed in with a bunch of cellular and high tech companies. Other solid sub groups are Finance- equit REIT's (187 stocks), Insurance - Property & Caus (119 stocks), Medical - Products (135 stocks). Now if we could only get Chartcraft to go on-line ! regards, duke60
