I've taught a lot of women to fly over the years (I've been an FAA Certified Flight Instructor since 1987) and they pick it up a heck of a lot earlier than men on average.

They generally solo earlier, listen better and respect authority.

A number of them are pilots for our major airlines today.

Macho doesn't work in the flying world...

There is no room for that in the cockpit.

We have learned a lot over the years. CRM is king in the flying world.

Cockpit resource management. Human factors.

Accidents over the years have taught us a lot.

Pocotrader,
I believe if more intelligent women ran most countries, we would have a better world
The only female president of Korea was also the only one who was impeached and removed from office because she was grossly incompetent.

(Note that I didn't mention corruption, which is almost a fact of life when it comes to Korean politics.)

Bottom line is that there is nothing special about women that will make the world a better place.
