Fantastic! I had a feeling that this would happen eventually. Tellabs is a great company, and together, the two companies will dominate the WORLD echo cancellation market. I'm wondering if we'll see CCSC at $40 tomorrow, or TLAB at $45. In other words, will CCSC jump, or will TLAB fall? Based on the size difference (CCSC is about 7% of TLAB), TLAB might fall only a point or two. If anyone wants to hear the replay of the conference call tomorrow morning, the number is 1800-633-8284, code # 3865866. The replay begins at 11am ET, and it continues for 24 hrs.

Congrats to all CCSC holders!

Todd

Tuan, Congratulations !. Your report on CCSC earlier in the year was excellent...very well done. Sorry I'm late in saying it. Todd, Great timing on your recent purchase of CCSC and thanks for the continuing comments. After getting CATP at the initial offering and selling it to early, I vowed to hang on to CCSC . The first year was great, then approximately two and a half years of a trading range. When values keep compounding internally with the growth of a company, the stock price eventually has to reflect that. It finally has. I assume this will be a tax free exchange, which would be great as TLAB may be an interesting vehicle for further growth. I look forward to doing some analysis on it. thanks, Mike Potter

P.S. How does one maintain paragraphs and spacing. They mostly disappear when I submit. Thanks.
