[TA for PRTL] Here is some TA on PRTL. I would like others to take a look at it and see what they think. The TA looks beautiful. In searching SI I find that our own Doug R has this as an IL violator on Feb. 8. I have included Doug's comments on IL violation, and Al Greenleaf's comments. I think this stock has a lot of potential. I have posted a message to Doug R to ask whether the recent backoff (last week)may satisfy the IL violation. It dropped from 24 to 19 and then gapped over 20 on Friday, and I think the stock looks very strong. Would appreciate comments. The next post will include some FA.

PRTL has a beautiful chart, has increasing volume, the RSI turned up again on 2-11, was a 20 gapper on Friday, and and H & S pattern. The trend lines also look very good. On 2-5 it was out of its bollinger band for a while and then during the next few days came back in. The short term MACD (12-26-9) has also turned back up. Looks like it is now ready to take off again. I don't see all these wonderful things that Dough sees, I can only use these common little indicators, but this stock looks to me like it has a lot going for it. How about somebody who really knows TA taking a serious look at this one.

Allan,

PRTL: IL violated. Should be ready to come down to about 15 now. It's still above the IL and may try to use it as support. That would be 22 1/4 or 1/8 on Mon. The ACT reaches 15 on 2/13 and 16 by 2/27. That's plenty of time for patience if PRTL gets a little stubborn.
