70 is young, to very young, as far as national leaders should go several successors undergoing training / testing per China mainland governance protocol, and as protocol generally sound and has been sound over several thousand years, unless at times short-circuited by additional requirement of dynastic bloodline, works out, but need bad-times-skipping gold am not fussed about governance of succession.
