Mr. Dixon: In reply:

<<We have NEVER had a licensee state that they planned to commercialize products using SPD>>

No, REFR is the one that has, in the past, said that.
1993- "...expect to see a product buy early 1994...".

<< Why haven't you faxed your concerns to Hankuk? They weren't even a licensee 3 years ago.>>

Wrong again, Hankuk Glass entered into a license agreement with the Company effective July 4, 1990. (Taken from a 10K statement) I count that as 7 years, 7 months. 7 1/2 YEARS!

<<[By the way, I know the shorts are still active. There was a 15,000 share short block that went off at 7-3/8. There has been shorting in the 7's and 8's although it did taper off on Thursday but was very evident Friday ---especially at the close. It was as if someone didn't want the stock to close at 9 or above.]>>

I don't think you are seeing what you think you are seeing. Are you sure your ticker shows "Short trades" or are you just seeing trades the are "short of the BID" and "short of the ASK"?

<<And after your attacks on them, they are probably not too fond of you either,>>

They used to like me. I used to E-Mail them all the time. When I was a defender of the company they used to feed me facts to post. Go over and look at the old posts on AOL. You will see, I fought like he** when people talked about the company, said they were investing my money in Gas and Oil companies. The company told me not to worry, just a few more months.... That was around late 1995, early 1996.

<< you were given new information by Mr.Smith as to the status of GE>>

Mr. Smith did not give me any new information on GE, go back and read it. He gave me the COMPANY spin on GE. "People moved on", well if GE thought it was such a great product, with such great potential, do you really think that someone else at GE might have said "lets keep this, we might make some money". GE is the largest, most respected company in the WORLD. They did not get there by being dumb. Remember- "We bring good things to life"

<<I only ask one thing. Please come up with something new.>>

I posted new information that I thought would be of interest to people at this board. Check my post #611, and while you are there read the type of response I got at #612. What is the use? I thought this was interesting information for REFR because Faulkner said they expected to see millions in revenues from Flat Panel displays. I guess I was wrong. In 1993 the company said they expected to have revenues from low information displays as early as late 1993 and High informations displays by 1994. Do you know how much money they could have made with these displays in the past 4 years, given the explosion of lap top computers?

And Mr. Dixon, let me let you in on a little secret. If I have this information, so do lots of other people. That is why there is not a large institutional following of the company. They too have heard it all before....

You have your opinion, I have mine. Yes, I do trade the stock, but I'm not a professional trader. I first bought the stock in the 6's. Bought again in the 8's. I've bought and sold several times since the 1995 run-up. I bought a few hundered in the 6's just a couple of weeks ago. And guess what, if they release news and it gets a good run, I'll sell it again, unless the news is a release date for a product. I might add to my position if that happens.

I'm really getting tired of you saying I don't know anything about this company and its technology. I think my problem is I know too much.

Rick
