Hello John, I do agree,and imagine the company only needs to authorize the shares at this point. What I don't understand is,what is the benefit to the debenture holder, not to convert at the cheapest price they can. It comes down to money,and IMO they can make more by converting into more shares,even if this drives the price lower. They would be betting the company can make a go of it(which are we),the market could absorb the shares and the eventual rise in price. This is very interesting,the only reason I can figure they haven't tried to convert(which actually we don't know if they tried or not),
is the obvious one,there aren't enough shares,and everyone is being friendly at this point,avoiding legal costs. DD pure guess work-perhaps I should think to myself<vbg> good night
