I'm looking at investing in MVSI, and have read the recent quarterly report and press releases. The fundamentals of the various subsidiaries of the Company appear sound and promising. However, I'm interested in people's views as to how MVSI is digesting all of these acquisitions.

I take the point made on this group about the benefits of the possible divestiture of MVS, but there still seem to be four major disjoint arms of business (Socrates, JMR Distributors, Expert and Technet) with very little "connective tissue" between them.

Does anyone have a view on this - particularly, whether or not concatenation of the subsidiaries is likely in order to develop some form of corporate culture?
