Well shells are really interesting. Once a reverse merger which means a private company is bought by a public shell then the public shell is taken over by the private company are the best. Presently MIDL and CNHH are two with in that senario. AETTQ and AVBC are two shells coming out of bankruptcy. Everyone is always touting a shell getting an acquistion but you have to be careful. Only look at shells that are and have been reporting so you can at least get the debt and stock structure. Large outstanding could be a problem. Happy Trading GaBard
