Justice delayed is justice denied. The case was brought in 2017 complaining about the security of the 2016 election. Delayed is an understatement. But the judge is also considering information brought forward from the 2020 election in her ruling that allows the suit to move forward. This case continues to be heard by U.S. District Court Judge Amy Totenberg, also in Atlanta. The case is moving slowly because of the State’s tenacious commitment to the unauditable system.
