I had not even thought about them until Madharry mentioned them. They do seem to be pretty undervalued at this point and with that cash pile they can weather. Will plan on doing a deeper dive and watching for a bit before adding.

Thank you for sharing your analysis as it pushed me over the edge to look into them further.

Re CSCO - what about the lack of topline growth? Except in 2021, they have had no net topline growth. I would argue 2021 topline growth was just due to inflation. It is difficult to get increasing profits without increasing the topline at CSCO scale. Seems to me that CSCO is a market share donor, since other players have been growing, and some very strongly so.
