Conference call discussed this venture. If this is the same one discussed, SFE owns 20% and plans to use it to start small companys it normally wouldn't invest in that have high front in costs and probably will operate at a loss during start up.. If new ventures do well, SFE has first rights to buy bigger percentage in them later. Plan to use this entity to do very early stage companys. State is other big owner. Trying to get people to invest in PA. So may be good deal for SFE and its shareholders. Robert D.
