Looks like some of the budgeting in Germany could impact Intel's new plant they were going to build. Germany was going to allocate €60 billion of unused pandemic funds to move into climate and transformation project but the court ruled this unconstitutional.

Germany was going to cover €10B of Intel's new €30B plant.

I second your view, Elroy. Not sure about this one as you noted " things didn't quite go according to plan". And looks like it did not go according to plan here.
