Maybe the unvaxxed were more likely to flaunt the rules Absolutely people who claim the vaccine did nothing also claim that isolation rules and social distancing also did nothing. The fact that the common flu didn't make a show that first full season is a nearly perfect indicator isolation and distancing worked for a less transmissible virus.
