During ice ages, CO2 levels were around 200 parts per million (ppm), and during the warmer interglacial periods, they hovered around 280 ppm (see fluctuations in the graph).

Btw, the use of % seems bogus. When other gases rise or fall (as a %) the CO2% will change also. Let's assume we have zero Oxygen. CO2 would have a higher %. Don't we need all the numbers when we use a %?
