Thank you for the insider selling report.
I think it's very important. The insiders often
sell at a local maximum coincidentally.

Pass Pass,

I think a good argument can be made that the relative
dearth of insider trading this February suggests that
insiders anticipate a significant rally. Here is a
list of net selling during this and prior open windows:

Window Net Shares Sold

Feb-Mar. 1998 76,693 (so far)
Oct-Nov. 1997 479,555
Feb-Mar. 1997 646,193 (just before CSCC merger)
Oct-Nov. 1996 695,353
Jul-Aug. 1996 249,829

Of the above selling windows, the second lowest net amount
of shares sold occurred in Jul-Aug. 1996. At the end of
that window, ASND closed at about 52.

After this July-Aug. 1996 window, ASND rose from 52 to
near 70 by the next selling window in Oct-Nov 1996 and
to 80 by January, 1997.

Of the above selling windows, the lowest net amount
of shares sold (at least so far) occurred in Feb. 1998. If
the actual selling remains anywhere near the current 77,000
figure (or even below 250,000 shares), that would seem to be
very positive news (as I think that limited selling is the
next best thing to actual buying).
