Flinders Resources (FDR-V) @HRA-Coffin The previous comment might sound contradictory, but keep in mind a bought deal is different from some sort of "best efforts" placement. Technically, the underwriting broker has committed to buy the issue when the financing is announced and its their problem, not the Company's, to find follow on placees for the stock. Materiality shouldn't matter as the stock is "already sold". But I think everyone knows it doesn't really work that way and the brokers are marketing the issue, so $FDR doesn't want to muddy the waters with news until its closed. Colin told me its mainly institutions and mainly new ones at that. I believe that based on the lack of selling since the annoucement.
