>>LP, Investing in a company just coming out of bankruptcy is a contrarian viewpoint that has a possibility of making one rich if the press release does not have any spin on it and Planet Sports is a going profitable concern.<<

Most press releases put out by companies have a certain favorable spin to them, that is why they put them out there don't you agree? So far we have no evidence that Planet Sports or Travis are " going concerns". The company has had adequate time to clarify some of the questions that have been raised on this thread but so far we have not seen that either of them have any on going business of any type. ( Just giving the contrarian view here). As I understand it PlanetSports was conceived as a holding organization but presently it holds nothing. LPasko may know differently about that but I don't recall seeing that they do at this time. In the press release it seemed as if the merger was imminent, I wonder what the time frame is now.

You and LPasko seem willing to at least examine the issues here. FWIW, it is nice to see you and LPasko are willingly discusssing the issues in a rational manner.
