Your #1 point is ancient history, a couple of university students goofing off, yes it was serious and reflected a lack of adequate supervision, but hardly constitutes mining "us suckers". #2 point - the mill was used, and had lining left, so they used it up. The majority of cost was in infrastructure, in setting up the whole system, which is in place now awaiting restart and a better POG. Meantime, reserves - real reserves, have been increased.
