Yes, most definitely, it could still allow for a good move downward... This signal is a long term signal that occurs only at the end of the month after many months of data... Each month moves the needle so minimally that when it does finally trigger a buy signal then it's reliable... BUT, it's not a near term signal but a longer term signal which means we could still see a good pullback and not change the signal in any way... This kind of signal is not for near term traders but for long term investors and for those who buy and hold for many months at a time... GZ
