Most Trumpers who say God has sent Trump to us never go to church. There are some identities for which there is a official certification of inclusion, for example, some Native American tribes, Catholics, and the Golden State Warriors. There are others that are simply self proclaimed like Golden State Warrior fans and Christians. No one sets standards for membership. You don't even have to buy a t-shirt to join the club. Perception of the group from the outside includes the whole mixed bag.
