Raising taxes won't do a thing, unless it's on carbon, and this is a made-made cycle, not a natural one. Nature isn't filling the sky with GHG's; humans are.

My, my, you've got it all figured out, and the large font to prove it. Can you cite one time in our history when taxes on the rich were raised and the rest of us did not benefit?
The rich are rich because they don't pay taxes. Trump is a good example.
