RE:"this thing being a fraud"

One week ago, BAAT demoed a 95 MPG car. Now you are claiming BAAT is a fraud. It is remarkable how short the memory and attention span of many internet "authors" is becoming.

Over 500 messages on this thread in the last 7 days. How far from reality has this discussion drifted in such a short time?

>>>Two insiders sold 450,000 shares for $0.14 some time after December 10.<<<

Umm, we haven't seen the Form 4 showing what they got, and the 144 is just filing the intention to sell. I'll bet they got much closer to 3 than to 0.14 for those shares.

There are many things pointing to this thing being a fraud. The insiders filing is one small part of the equation.

I guess that I do not understand your logic. Could you please go into greater detail in your last sentence.

When Bill Gates sold Microsoft stock, for what ever reason, does that mean that I should automatically start looking for fraud? Do you mean to say that when an insider decides to sell some of their holdings, that we as stock holders should start screaming fraud and launch an investigation as to why? I know that this sounds like a slam but I really do not mean it that way. I am just trying to understand the where and why of your statement.
