Yes, NG tends to do that. The interesting part is the Jan contract and March contract have the exact same pattern. But the March contract is almost 20 cents lower. The A point of the pattern is the same price, so at one time they were much closer in price.

It stays like that until the June contract when the price is close to the Jan. price. With the price not through the HOP.
