No drug or vaccine is 100% effective or without side-effects. Go live under a rock if you can't handle uncertainty. There's the idea that the benefits of any vaccine or drug far exceed the harm it does. Cases they site of blood clots or heart inflammation associated with the Covid Vaccine by Pfizer (for instance) are extremely rare and are unfortunate side effects for a small group of people. Meanwhile, 100's of thousands of people avoid severe respiratory illnesses or even death by Covid.
