Alex, here are the details. I have shown this to Wharf a zillion times and he still plays this word game.

Thanks for pointing it out. And you can see ALL liberals for vote it and I think most Dixiecrats against it.

Look it over, it is interesting and shows just how out to lunch Brumar and wharf are on this issue!

Ralph Yarborough was the ONLY southern Republican senator to vote for it and he lost his seat next election as i remember.

And the only norther Democrat senator to vote against it was Byrd! ALL northern Democrats voted for it!!
