How programmable is TOS and are there 3rd party apps for it (e.g. Scott's harmonic)?
Also does it have a programmable market scanner (i.e scan per indicator that I've built).

I have been with Schwab for decades. Have had SSE since they killed SS Pro, maybe 10/12 years ago. I have not been told yet that I must switch to TOS.
