Fawn and Chris, Feb. 23 is the date of NOTIFICATION by NASD that a company is on the list for action re: not meeting the req. to remain listed. Once notified, the co. has 90 days in which to show effort to increase the stock price to 1.00. If the 1.00 is not accomplished, the co. is put into a review process, and further plans are worked out with NASD for another possible 90 day extension. All of this information is available at the NASD. site. Feb. 23 is not an execution date of all co.'s under 1.00. Ken W
