The auditors did revise their numbers in the way the company insisted, and did so because the original set was skewed because of a misunderstanding of the BR proceedings. Any one accounting firm is likely to have limited exposure to such a combination and misunderstandings can happen>> Exactly as I posted earlier. Makes me wonder if he read my post and thought it sounded like a good explanation. mike
