Hunter Biden Refuses to Appear for Deposition, Comer and Jordan Threaten to Hold Him in Contempt redstate.com Apparently, Hunter and his attorneys are under the impression that they get to dictate the terms of this process. However, House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) aren't having it. Bluff called. Your move, Hunter. If I were a betting person, I'd put money on Hunter not sitting for deposition on the 13th. I suspect he and his counsel will drag this out as long as they possibly can. Kudos to Comer and Jordan for sticking to their guns on this. Let's hope that continues.
