I suggest a trip to Australia. I visited the country with a bunch of my EE buddies back in 2020. The buildout of utility scale PV generation is spectacular. Including storage. Australia will be the first county fully RE by the early 2030's. Edit: Rooftop PV on roughly 1 out of 2 homes today. It was one in four when I last visited in March of 2020.
