He claims Russia will go on to take all of Ukraine and then proceed to the rest of NATO which will cause Article 5 to be invoked. Ukraine doesn't have enough soldiers left to both continue counteroffensives and build fortifications back up. That was one of the reasons Zelensky resisted rebuilding the defense line for so long.
