Interested if someone could point me to a good source of information for the tax issues surrounding stock options. All of the bits and pieces of information I've been able to find so far have just made me more confused.

TIA

Rob, I don't know if Revenue Rulings are on the Web.
.
Please clarify... if you realize you file your own 1040 ie. you still have taxable revenue in your own name. What was the purpose for having the PURE TRUST?
.
Isn't the idea put forth that somehow, overall on an annual basis, Pure Trust Grantors, their families, and assigns, and controlling entities together in the aggregate, will experience some level, if not a 100% reduction, in Federal (and State) (income) taxes?
.
