OT Not liking the new CNBC ticker at all, thinking they could have changed a few commentators instead to fresh'in things up. We'll see if they have a resulting "new coke" moment. Seems Yahoo is trying to push the refresh as well.

RE: M The offer comes to about $21/s and to Pauls point they have only had one miss in Jan 2021. I see some analysts have them as high as $28/s. I guess the question for management is do they think they can do better? Given M was trading at $17.39/s it seems they are not being valued too much higher than where they were last week. If I had to guess, I would think nothing comes of this offer, but only a guess as who knows where managements mind is. I have no position so I speculate from the sidelines on this one. Perhaps waiting for a counter would be in their best interest. Otherwise they can continue to execute on existing plans and see if they can turn things around themselves. -Sean
