have my full position. You anticipated my question about
whether to sell or hold. I am really going to miss these
guys. Their headquarters was located just up the street
from my house, so it was easy for me to go to all of their
annual meetings, or to visit them at any time.

I'm really gonna miss these guys, though. What do you
think about TLAB?

MIKE - AN UNRELATED TAX QUESTION. When you short stock, and you pay a dividend, how do you get credit for the payment. Is it added to your acquisition price of the stock, subtracted from your proceeds on sale, or reported as a negative dividend? Thanks - Howard
