What is the form 13G? Does this account for today's large drop on low volume (so far)?

Last time I talked to Scott(CEO, the son) in Dec. 97. He said Ronald(the father) did not sell a single share of that filing of 0.5M shares. He told me he is very confident about his company and he has a target price of $30 in 3 years. That helped me to hold through the $6 period. I am glad I did not sell. I think PTIS have a niche and will prosper in the next 2-3 years. I am not trying to influnce anyone. Do you own work and make your decision. Happy Investing!
