Getting emotional while carrying too much weight is a quick way to the morgue.

I recall one guy when I was a kid at the pool on a summer afternoon with his secretary, he went for a swim, came out, lit a smoke and turned blue. Five minutes later he was in the back of an ambulance on his way to the ER.
