You and Gary have the essence of this latest transaction with SALV. If you look at the composition of the BOD, there is one British/Scottish national (also CEO), one Swiss, and one American (also a partner in the law firm that represents SALV). Since becoming the legal counsel of SALV it appears that SALV has spent close to $1 million on legal fees (can't be exact until 10K is filed, if then).
You will have a difficult if not impossible task finding who owns Biscount, which is very probably some kind of Swiss shell/front used only as a Reg D or S investment vehicle. The SALV BOD probably doesn't even know anything about this group. Gary is absolutely right on in his analysis of this transaction. When the stock begins to be dumped, there is no way it can even sustain the current low price, reverse or no reverse. There is NO concern whatsoever for shareholders who have believed in the company. Why would a Brit, a Swiss, and a lawyer give a hoot about us?
