I have tried it! I ordered all their cheeses- back when you could still get them separately. Now they're only selling in selections- and I don't want that. I liked Hosmer- but Harbison is our favorite. We just tried the California Bay Laurel wrapped cheese by Pt Reyes Cheese company today and, sadly, it's not replacement for Harbison. :-( It's good- and it is especially good with onion jam, but I really like Harbison. Luckily we have a cheese shop near us that stocks Harbison and some of my favorite goat cheeses and Whole Foods often has it- though not always. And sometimes Whole Foods lets it ripen too much for my taste.
